At Hoin India, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 We deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
1.2 Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or may be subject to additional charges.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
4. Delivery Timeframe
4.1 Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination:
- Metropolitan Cities: 2–4 business days after despatching
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 4–6 business days after despatching
- Remote Areas: 6–10 business days after despatching
- All orders will be delivered within 10-15 days

4.2 While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.
5.2 You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delivery Terms
6.1 Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided during checkout.
6.2 Customers must ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete.
6.3 In case of missed deliveries, the courier service may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for self-collection.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
7.1 If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or absence of the recipient, the following may apply:
- Additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
- Cancellation of the order (refunds will exclude shipping costs).
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
8.1 If a package is damaged during transit, notify us immediately at superior020@gmail.com or +91 9829054798 with photos of the damage.
8.2 For lost shipments, contact us for assistance. Claims for lost packages must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
