Refund policy

At Hoin India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 You can request a return within 7 of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

1.2 Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Consumables such as thermal paper rolls or print heads.
  • Software, digital downloads, or promotional items.

2. Return Process

2.2 Our team will verify your request and provide instructions for return shipping.
2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2.4 Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team within 7 days of receiving approval.


3. Inspection and Approval

3.1 Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
3.2 If the return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund or replacement.
3.3 If the return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you, and no refund or replacement will be issued.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds be credited back to original payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days

4.2 Refunds may exclude shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4.3 If the payment was made using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or another method agreed upon.


5. Replacement Policy

5.1 Defective or damaged products are eligible for a free replacement.
5.2 Contact us within  6 days of delivery to request a replacement.
5.3 Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Your product will be replaced within 6 working days


6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1 Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom orders or special configurations.
  • Clearance or sale items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable.”

7. Cancellation Policy

7.2 If an order is canceled after shipping, it will be treated as a return, and shipping charges may apply.
